- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, pesto, cherry tomatoes, ricotta, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the pasta mixture to a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Top with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes, then serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For best results, serve immediately after baking, but this dish can also be refrigerated and reheated in the oven to regain some of its original texture.
