Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 1 cup fresh basil pesto
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, pesto, cherry tomatoes, ricotta, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer the pasta mixture to a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
