- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they’re well coated.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Baste the chicken twice with the marinade during baking for extra flavor.
- When done, let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving, drizzled with any remaining glaze.
- Garnish with fresh thyme if desired before serving.
Notes
Leftover chicken can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, simply place in an oven set to 350°F (175°C) until warmed through.
