- Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cubed steak, halved baby potatoes, melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Lay out large sheets of aluminum foil and divide the mixture evenly into the center of each sheet.
- Fold the foil tightly around the steak and potatoes, sealing the edges to make a secure packet.
- Place the packets on the grill or in the oven and cook for 25-30 minutes.
- Carefully open one packet to check for doneness; the steak should be cooked and the potatoes tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
