Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the breadcrumb mixture.
