Method
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated shrimp on a lined baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the shrimp are cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute before serving with additional parsley on top.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. To maintain crispness, reheat in the oven instead of the microwave.
