- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, grated Parmesan, breadcrumbs, parsley, egg, and minced garlic.
- Season the mixture generously with salt and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into one-inch meatballs and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs for 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove the meatballs and smother them with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.
- Serve warm, garnished with additional parsley and more Parmesan if desired.
