- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a baking dish, combine the feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 25 minutes until the tomatoes burst and the feta is golden and melty.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve a cup of pasta water, then drain.
- Remove the baking dish from the oven and stir everything together, breaking up the feta with a fork.
- Add the cooked pasta to the baking dish, including a bit of the reserved pasta water as needed to achieve the desired creaminess.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh basil and additional black pepper if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days. Reheat gently in a pan over low heat, adding a splash of water to bring back creaminess.
